About the Role
We are seeking a staff member for our after-school program and resource function at 100% for a temporary position. The role involves varied work where you combine work in the after-school program with providing support to students ages 4-9 during the school day.
As part of our team, you will be an important adult who contributes to safety, structure, and development for our students. You will work closely with teachers, after-school staff, and student services to create good conditions for every student to succeed.

Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is confident, flexible, and has a genuine interest in children's development and learning.
You:
Have experience working in after-school programs, schools, or with children and youth.
Are a clear-minded adult and good at building trusting relationships.
Have good teamwork skills and enjoy working in a team.
Are responsible, solution-oriented, and flexible.
Have the ability to meet students with different needs and create structure in daily life.
Experience working as a student resource or with special support is a merit.
Your Tasks:
Work in the after-school program planning and implementing activities that stimulate student development and learning.
Be a resource for students ages 4-9 during the school day by providing support based on individual needs in our studio or in the classroom.
Contribute to safety, structure, and a conducive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers, after-school staff, and student services regarding student development.
Actively participate in creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
