At Mammut Montessori Preschool in Öjersjö, you'll find a positive work environment with colleagues who enjoy their jobs. The preschool is a parent cooperative with space for approximately 50 children divided among three classroom groups. Children range from 1-5 years old. We work inspired by Maria Montessori's pedagogy and have a clear focus on health and nature. The preschool is close to nature, which we strive to use as often as we can. At Mammut Montessori, it's important to us that our activities are permeated with a positive spirit and great confidence in children's abilities. Through appropriately sized challenges, we want to provide children with the best conditions for development and learning. It's also very important to us that children feel safety and joy at the preschool. We collaborate extensively between classroom groups, which requires great flexibility, attentiveness, and willingness to help one another. We're looking for substitute teachers who can work as needed and cover for regular staff absences. Sometimes shifts are booked in advance and sometimes you'll be called in with short notice. It's important that you're flexible and have a positive and professional approach. Qualifications You understand and speak Swedish fluently You are curious, engaged, and have good collaboration skills. You have a flexible and positive approach. You dare to take initiative and have good communication skills. You center the child and enjoy exploring together with the children.
