For our Hair Salon Aspirant program in Nacka, we are now seeking a dedicated full-time hair salon teacher.

About the Role
As a hair salon teacher with us, you'll be part of a cohesive team together with the principal, student welfare officer, and special educator, contributing to an inclusive, professional, and inspiring learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering both theoretical and practical components of the Hair Salon Aspirant program.
Ensuring that instruction provides students with relevant professional competence and prepares them for industry standards.
Guiding and assessing students in practical work in the school salon.
Maintaining contact with APL salons and following up on students' workplace-based learning.
Integrating equality, environmental, and sustainability perspectives into daily instruction.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who is confident in their craft, has strong pedagogical skills, and a genuine interest in people's development. You are creative, organized, and able to meet adult students where they are.
As a person, you are:
Socially competent, relationship-building, and clear in your communication.
Self-driven, solution-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing in daily work.
Flexible and confident in adapting instruction to students' and group needs.
Qualifications:
Professional Experience: Journeyperson certificate and several years of solid experience in the hair salon profession.
Pedagogy: Teaching certification with credentials in hair salon subjects is a merit, but not required. We also welcome those with strong professional backgrounds who want to take the step into teaching.
Network: Contacts and network within the hair salon industry are meriting.
Language: Strong skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
