At Salong Effekt, we have high demand and many clients who want to come to us. That's why we're now looking for another hairdresser who wants to be part of our team.
We are an established salon in Strömstad with a large and loyal client base. Hair, skin, and beauty meet under one roof, and we've created a personal salon where client relationships, quality, and the feeling of each visit are at the center.
Who do we think would thrive with us?
You are a trained hairdresser who enjoys all aspects of the profession – cutting, coloring, highlights, styling, and above all, connecting with people.
You appreciate a workplace where colleagues are close-knit, where you can talk, laugh, help each other, and remain professional in your work.
For us, personal chemistry is important. We are a small team, so we're not just looking for the right skills – we're looking for the right person to share our workdays and salon with.
You need to be able to work independently, take responsibility for your clients, and at the same time appreciate the camaraderie that comes with working together.
A flexible arrangement that can grow with you
First and foremost, we're looking for someone who wants to work part-time, with the possibility to expand the position in the future.
But we also know that work life can look different for different people. That's why we're open to discussing employment, chair rental, or consultant arrangements, depending on what works best for both you and us.
