Hairstylist Wanted – Curly and Textured Hair Specialist We are a specialized hair salon in Vasastan in central Stockholm with a complete focus on curly, wavy, and textured hair. At our salon, a haircut visit is about much more than just cutting and styling. Our treatments are carefully designed and we place great importance on consultation, knowledge, hair health, and the overall customer experience. We work with carefully selected products and prefer natural and organic alternatives. Our philosophy is to work with the hair, not against it. Long-term hair health is always our focus and we avoid, as much as possible, unnecessarily strong chemicals and treatments that can strain the hair and scalp. Now we are growing and seeking an additional hairstylist who wants to be part of our team. ✂️ Who are we looking for? We are looking for you—a trained hairstylist who values personal connection. You enjoy creating a safe and personal experience for customers and want to be an important part of a business where quality, care, knowledge, and natural hair care are at the center. You don't need to already be a specialist in curly and textured hair. If you have previous experience, that's certainly a big plus, but for us, the right attitude, curiosity, and a genuine desire to learn are just as important. We are looking for someone who shares our interest in a more natural approach to hair care and who appreciates organic and gentle alternatives. For you, hair and scalp health are an important part of a beautiful and sustainable result. You are self-directed and responsible and have a strong desire to develop, both in your professional role and as part of a growing team. Have experience with or a strong interest in curly, wavy, and textured hair. Are curious and have a strong desire to learn and develop. Have the ability to work independently and take personal responsibility. Enjoy clear routines, structure, and shared working methods. Like working in a team and see collaboration and knowledge sharing as a natural part of the work. Are thorough, attentive, and pedagogical in your interaction with customers. Are organized and contribute to keeping the salon clean, orderly, and professional. Enjoy natural and organic hair care and treatments where hair health and customer experience are the focus. Feel comfortable in a relaxed, caring, and professional spa-like environment. Want to be part of building something long-term and develop together with the business. Can express yourself in both Swedish and English in speech and writing. Merit factors Experience braiding textured hair. Experience with hair extensions.
