Job Position: CNC Miller Job Responsibilities: • Operating 5-axis CNC milling machine – DMG DMF 360, Hermle C42 • Machine, tool, and fixture preparation for individual work operations • Self-inspection of completed work, measuring parts, and process control • Handling of blanks and parts – work with gantry crane and forklift • Control and maintenance of assigned machines, equipment, and workstations according to maintenance plans • Compliance with principles, standards, and regulations during milling Qualification Requirements: • Education in a technical field • Experience with CNC machine operation • Knowledge of Siemens Sinumerik or Heidenhain control systems • Responsibility, attention to detail, and appropriate technical thinking • Manual dexterity and ability to read technical drawings • Appropriate vision capabilities • Willingness to work in a three-shift operation Working Conditions: • Work in a friendly team environment • Clean working environment • Climate-controlled facility • Careful on-the-job training by experienced colleagues • Respect and fairness • Backing of a strong international company • Attractive work in the aerospace industry • Full-time employment • 25 days of vacation • Transportation allowance for employees living more than 5 km away • Company cafeteria with employer contribution • Contribution to pension savings and supplemental insurance • Above-standard bonuses for night shifts and potential weekend overtime Start Date: Immediately
