As a Freight Forwarding Agent at DHL Freight, you combine transport administration with customer contact and become part of an experienced team where you help solve daily deliveries together. About the Position This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting approximately 18 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at DHL. Responsibilities As a Freight Forwarding Agent at DHL, you are responsible for handling import and export bookings in DHL's business systems, focusing on international transports to and from Europe. You work primarily with less-than-truckload (LTL) freight and ensure efficient transport solutions for production-oriented customers, from booking to delivery. The role involves daily contact with terminals and DHL offices both nationally and internationally to ensure smooth transport flow and high delivery quality. In addition, you support other departments in customer dialogue, handle notifications, customs transports, and follow up on shipments. You have ongoing contact with senders, suppliers, and partners, primarily via email, and are part of a close-knit team working broadly with traffic-related administrative tasks. Examples of Responsibilities: Handle import and export bookings for transports within Europe. Work with LTL freight and coordinate transports through DHL's network. Follow up on shipments and manage discrepancies to ensure high delivery quality. Administer notifications and customs and transport-related documentation. Work with ongoing administrative tasks related to traffic, logistics, and transport planning. Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Experience in freight forwarding, expedition, or transport management is a plus. Experience in customer service or case handling in a transport-related business is a plus. Education in transport management, logistics, or supply chain is a plus. Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) Strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written We are looking for someone with an interest in logistics who is used to working systematically in digital systems. You may have built up your experience in, for example, customer service, transport, administration, order handling, terminal operations, or supply chain.
