I-Ray IT Solutions AB is looking for a proactive and results-driven Freelance Sales Manager to support our business growth in Sweden. About the role You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting the growth of our IT services in the Swedish market. Main responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline Build and maintain relationships with potential clients Arrange and conduct client meetings Present IT services and solutions to potential clients Negotiate and close business opportunities Develop and maintain long-term client relationships Requirements Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management Experience in IT consulting, IT services, recruitment, or staffing is an advantage Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets Good knowledge of the Swedish business market Fluent in Swedish and English Existing business/client network is an advantage What we offer Flexible freelance engagement Commission-based compensation Remote working flexibility Opportunity to develop long-term cooperation with a growing IT company
