HEMFRID IS LOOKING FOR A SERVICE TEAM MEMBER IN MÖLNDAL Do you have experience in home cleaning and enjoy taking responsibility for delivering high-quality service? Then a Service Team Member role at Hemfrid could be the next step for you. We are now looking for an engaged Service Team Member to join our team in Mölndal and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will combine hands-on cleaning with quality assurance and support for your colleagues. You will have a varied working day and the opportunity to develop further within service and cleaning. What do we offer? A 75% position Collective agreement and secure employment conditions Fixed monthly salary – the same salary every month Mileage compensation when using your own car for work Paid travel time between customers Insurance (health, liability and occupational pension) Wellness allowance of SEK 2,400 per year Free mobile subscription Free training in home cleaning and continued professional development Support from a Field Lead/Buddy Team meetings and social activities About the role As a Service Team Member, you will be an important part of our quality team. You will work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead and help ensure that our customers receive a consistently high level of service. The role is varied and may include: Initial cleanings Deep cleanings Window cleaning Covering shifts when needed Quality inspections Introducing new employees when needed Key handling when required You will primarily work in Mölndal and the surrounding areas, with the possibility of supporting nearby areas when needed. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with experience in home cleaning who wants to take greater responsibility for quality and service. You are confident in your work and able to adapt to different customers and situations.
