At Malmö Air Cargo Terminal (MFT), you'll have a central role in an international logistics flow where planning, communication, and problem-solving are at the core. As a Freight Administrator, you'll be the connector between customers, transporters, and the terminal, ensuring that the right information reaches the right place at the right time. Here you'll find a varied workday where you take responsibility, solve problems, and work together with engaged colleagues to ensure our transports run smoothly. What the role entails! As a Freight Administrator, you're an important contact point between customers, transporters, terminal staff, and other business partners. You work with administration, coordination, and follow-up, and play a crucial role in ensuring our transports flow smoothly. Among other things, you will: Plan and organize transports to ensure on-time deliveries Be the connector and coordinate information between customers, transporters, and terminal Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and solution-oriented manner Ensure that transport documentation and other paperwork is correct Follow up on transports and handle deviations, delays, and other challenges Update internal and external systems with correct information about freight and delivery status Contribute to developing and improving our working methods and processes Do you recognize yourself? Upper secondary education Experience in freight, transport, or logistics administration Good Swedish and English in speech and writing Good computer skills and ability to work systematically in different systems It's a plus if you have experience with customs handling and/or post-secondary education in transport or logistics. Working hours and other conditions The position is full-time and involves shift work according to the following schedule: Day shift: 06:00–14:30, Monday–Friday Evening shift: 14:00–22:00, Monday–Thursday Friday evening: 14:00–23:00 Weekend shift: 06:00–14:00 Saturday, 5:00–21:00 Sunday A driver's license is not required, but it's helpful since public transport access to the workplace is very limited. We are covered by the Management Agreement for Transport, which means collectively agreed terms for salary, working hours, vacation, and pension, among other things. Important to know: The position requires a security vetting according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585), security class 3, including record checks. The vetting covers information about background, previous convictions, finances, and personal circumstances and relationships. The assessment is based on the person's reliability and suitability from a security perspective. Swedish citizenship is a requirement. Who is MFT?
