About the Role - A Perfect Balance Between Field and Office As a Football Developer with Administrative Responsibility, you will primarily work with our football program for children and youth (5–16 years). It is a varied and central role where you become the hub between the coaches in the field and the administration at the sports office. Your assignment covers two important pillars: 1. Football Development & Coach Support You are close to our coaches and leaders in daily operations - supporting, coaching and training them. You ensure that our Football Journey and football philosophy are followed and kept alive in the teams. You help new teams build safe organizations from the start and contribute to recruiting and retaining coaches. You plan and arrange our popular camps, training trips and football activities. 2. Service & Club Administration You have operational main responsibility for SportAdmin and ensure structure in our administration. You are responsible for field and hall bookings, referee assignments, changing rooms, as well as matches and team registrations. You handle overarching club administration related to our football and gymnastics programs. You build and document smart routines that make our operations even more efficient and sustainable.
