Skaparverkstans Förskola is an independent preschool located in central Klippan. The preschool is run as a cooperative and has been inspired by the Reggio Emilia pedagogical philosophy since its founding in 1994. The preschool has 44 places distributed across three departments.

Description
Our colleague is on parental leave, and Skaparverkstans is therefore seeking a preschool teacher to work with the younger children. You will work alongside experienced colleagues in a creative and inspiring learning environment where we place great focus on safety and the needs of each child. We are inspired by Reggio Emilia Pedagogy, which for us means we work with a project-based approach where children's hypotheses and problem-solving form the foundation for how educators structure teaching. Our learning environment is designed to inspire collaboration, creativity, and exploration.
Work Responsibilities
As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating pedagogical work and leading goal-oriented processes in accordance with current guidelines. You are responsible for, together with the team, designing pedagogical learning environments that promote children's curiosity and exploration. You will work in a team with other staff in the department and in close collaboration with the other departments of the preschool.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a preschool teacher certification who is well versed in the preschool's governing documents. You have a strong interest in working with younger children and see learning and care as fundamental values in preschool. You are positive, curious, and engaged, and view flexibility and collaboration across departments as self-evident in daily work to create safe care for all children and guardians at the preschool. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, have strong documentation abilities, and see systematic quality work as a natural part of daily operations.
It is an advantage if you have training and experience in Reggio Emilia pedagogical philosophy.
