Job Responsibilities Our preschool has space for six departments, divided across two floors to meet the needs of both younger and older children. Here there are studios and environments that constantly change based on the children's interests, creating a dynamic and inspiring learning environment. On the upper floor there is a common plaza where children gather for meals and activities. We regularly open up between departments so that children can explore new environments and get to know more friends. Outdoors we have several yards with different themes – from a nature yard in the forest to areas for movement and play. Here children have the opportunity to discover and develop in a safe and stimulating environment. We believe in collegial learning and have regular meetings where educators discuss the development of children and the organization. In addition, our own cook prepares nutritious meals that contribute to a pleasant everyday life for both children and staff. You lead the educational work together with colleagues in an engaged team. Together you plan, implement, document and follow up on education based on the preschool's curriculum. We believe in a way of working where collaboration, responsibility and clear communication are a natural part of everyday life.
