Föräldrakooperativet Storken is seeking a preschool teacher at 90% About Storken Föräldrakooperativet Storken was founded in 1989 and is located in the Dalen residential area in Hagfors. We have space for 17 children aged 1-6 years. We place children at the center and have two child groups with high staff-to-child ratios. We have a fantastic outdoor environment with a large garden and proximity to forest, sledding hills, and large green spaces that we enjoy using regularly. At a parent-run cooperative, a board of directors serves as the employer. The board consists of guardians who are members of the cooperative. The board has a legal responsibility as the employer, with ultimate responsibility for staff and their work environment. A parent-run cooperative operates democratically, where all members participate in decision-making within applicable laws and regulations. About You: We are looking for a certified preschool teacher. We seek a positive and creative person who is social and has a professional approach with children, guardians, and colleagues. We are looking for someone comfortable with digital tools, who is proactive and solution-focused. Experience with parent-run cooperatives is a merit. About the Position: You will be responsible for leading, following up on, and developing the educational activities according to the preschool's governing documents, together with other educators and the rector. You will collaborate with colleagues and guardians to create a positive and inclusive environment where each child's needs and interests are valued. Salary and Benefits This is a 90% position, primarily working with child groups, with some planning time included. Lunch is eaten together with the children. This is a permanent position; a trial employment period may be applied. Fixed monthly salary; please state your salary expectations.
