About the Position
As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for structuring, documenting, and developing pedagogical work based on the preschool curriculum together with your team.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, engaged, and a present educator who wants to be part of creating a developmental, fun, and educational preschool.
We are facing an exciting year as we have just started operations at our newly built preschool.
The position is in a classroom for older children where we work in a large team.
Are You the One We're Looking For?
To be eligible for this position, you must hold a preschool teacher certification issued by the Swedish National Agency for Education.
A central focus at the preschool is language-conscious work. This means that educators consciously and systematically support children's language development in all aspects of the activities. Through conversations, read-alouds, songs, rhymes, and the use of visual support structures such as picture supports and sign language supports, we create rich language environments where all children's linguistic abilities are recognized and developed. Special emphasis is placed on including multilingual children's experiences and resources in the pedagogical work. During the year, we will be working with the "Före Bornholmsmodellen."
You are familiar with the preschool's mission according to the curriculum and have good ability to implement our governing documents in both practice and theory. You have the drive to take pedagogical responsibility and, together with the team, develop preschool activities based on each child's unique conditions. You are positive and highly committed to your profession, with a willingness to collaborate and develop together with the children and team at the preschool. You see possibilities in diversity and variation.
You have the ability to communicate, coordinate, and lead.
Your professional practice should be guided by a solution-focused approach. You should have good ability to see all children and take into account their individual conditions, and you are willing to share your knowledge and experience while also learning from others.

Start date: 5/10 2026.
Temporary position from 5/10–23/12. May be extended.
