We are looking for two preschool teachers – one for each preschool. Ryrsjön preschool is located in Göta and consists of four departments organized into two work teams. Klosterängen preschool is located in Lödöse and consists of five departments organized into three work teams. Here you will meet engaged colleagues who together develop the operations with children's best interests in focus. We work purposefully toward high-quality education. Right now we have a special focus on children's early language development, inspiring learning environments, and teaching through our systematic quality work. Children's questions, thoughts, and theories form the starting point for learning. Through pedagogical documentation and process pathways, we make children's learning processes visible and create space for reflection, participation, and collaborative learning. Your Role As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for: Ensuring that education promotes children's development and learning in accordance with the curriculum's goals and intentions. Leading the pedagogical work with children's development and learning in focus. Building on children's thoughts, questions, and ideas in teaching. Creating safe, accessible, and stimulating learning environments that inspire play, exploration, and learning. Promoting children's language, communication, and participation. Using pedagogical documentation as a basis for reflection and operations development. Actively participating in systematic quality work. Collaborating with colleagues, guardians, and other professionals. Contributing to a positive work culture with collaboration and collegial learning. Staying updated on current research, policy documents, and pedagogical development. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is a certified preschool teacher and has a genuine interest in children's development, learning, and well-being. You are relationship-focused, collaboration-oriented, and reflective, and you want to develop both your own practice and the quality of the operations. You have good digital competence and use digital tools in a safe and appropriate manner. Good knowledge of the preschool's policy documents. Good digital competence and experience working in Unikum, Teams, and Office 365. Clean criminal record certificate from the police.
