Welcome to us Enskede Årsta Vantör's preschool area 1, Western unit's municipal preschools consist of four preschools with unique characteristics for each preschool while management and leadership are clear and unified. The unit consists of approximately 200 children and 48 employees. The unit's management consists of an assistant principal. Additionally, there are support functions available such as guidance from a special education teacher within the district. Our management organization consists of an area principal, four assistant principals, and an administrative manager. The management organization's primary task is to support, encourage, and challenge our employees and thereby create the best possible conditions for you to fulfill your assignment. This means we have a focus on developing our learning organization and enabling collegial learning in different forums. Your role Working as a preschool teacher means unique and meaningful opportunities to influence and contribute to children's development. As a preschool teacher, you help create a positive and developmental environment, with a good balance of care and learning, daily for each child and for the entire group of children. You do this by being responsible for the pedagogical work according to the preschool's activity goals. Our well-organized daily structure, which is based on children's participation and influence, forms the foundation for our pedagogical work. Our pedagogical approach is built on an exploratory working method where our primary tool is pedagogical documentation. By using tools such as observation, documentation, and reflection, we make children's learning processes visible and determine the direction for the next step in the pedagogical work. We also see pedagogical documentation as a natural part of our systematic quality work and our activity development. As a preschool teacher at preschool Lännäsbacken, you will work in a context where we offer various meeting places and engage children in playful and learning challenges. Your competence and experience We are looking for you who have: • Preschool teacher education and a preschool teacher license. • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing. • Computer skills. It is meritorious if you have: • Experience from the profession. You have knowledge and an idea of how you together with your colleagues will implement the curriculum's goals and values. Your child focus is clear and is reflected in your approach in everyday life. You also have knowledge of how you make visible and further develop children's learning processes with the help of pedagogical documentation. You have a strong drive to keep the development of the pedagogical environment alive. In your professional role you are engaged, professional, and take initiative. You are also responsible and structured, with a good ability to plan and prioritize your work efficiently. Your collaboration skills are very good and you are accommodating in your interactions with children, guardians, and colleagues. You handle conflicts in a responsive and constructive manner. Furthermore, you have a good ability to communicate in both speech and writing. You enjoy leading and motivating others, and you share your experiences and knowledge.
