We are looking for someone who wants to work at a small preschool with strong local roots. You will work closely with the principal, and under their leadership, you will have great opportunities to develop the program together. We have small groups of children with high staff-to-child ratios.
As a preschool teacher, you will be driving the pedagogical work, with a focus on education based on Lpfö18/25. We expect you to have good knowledge of children's development, abilities, and needs, and you are clear in your professional role.
You have a great ability to meet, lead, support, and challenge children in their learning, as well as to observe and document children's knowledge.
You are both willing and able to actively participate in pedagogical discussions, and your ability to inspire, lead, and mentor colleagues is strong.
We require that you have a preschool teacher degree and preschool teacher certification. Important personal qualities are that you are positive, confident, curious, flexible, and have good collaboration skills. We place great importance on personal suitability.
We consider it a merit if you have knowledge of special education or communication and visual pedagogy. Your language skills are crucial for the quality of the preschool and for children's development and learning. You therefore have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
