About the Sales Manager role As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for ensuring optimal sales and operations on the store's departments. You also serve as acting store manager in the absence of the regular store manager. You are responsible for short-term staffing and lead the store team to ensure good operational standards. Together, you present a well-stocked and well-merchandised store every day. This is a permanent full-time position. The team consists of one store manager, one sales manager, and 10 sales associates. Are you the person we're looking for? You have a high school diploma and relevant industry experience. You speak and write Swedish fluently and have good IT skills. If you additionally have training in store operations, as well as previous experience with personnel and P&L responsibility and knowledge of basic store economics, this is a merit.
