Warehouse Personnel for the Goods and Transport Section (Ing 2) Would you like to develop in a role where collaboration, responsibility, and problem-solving make a real difference? The Goods and Transport Section at Ing 2 offers varied and developmental work in an important operation where your commitment contributes to ensuring the garrison's daily operations and supporting the Swedish Armed Forces' mission. About the Unit and Position The Goods and Transport Section is responsible for receiving, handling, and distributing material and supplies within the garrison. The work involves service at the goods receiving station as well as support to operations including battery workshops, fuel facilities, and environmental stations. The position is varied, combining practical and administrative work. It includes unloading and loading deliveries, handling incoming and outgoing goods, transportation, and inventory management. All goods are also registered in one of our support systems. The work is performed both independently, within the section, and in close cooperation with other functions within the department and other parts of the garrison. Main Responsibilities Record material and supplies in the Swedish Armed Forces' accounting system Receive incoming goods and prepare outgoing goods Maintain warehouse structure and conduct inventory maintenance Support garrison units with transportation, handling equipment, etc. Book and coordinate transportation orders Maintain contact with internal customers and external parties Assist with handling hazardous waste, fuel, and fuel products Requirements Three-year upper secondary education or equivalent competence deemed equivalent by the employer Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or similar operations Forklift certificate Merits Driver's license category C Wheel loader authorization C2 Previous experience working for the Swedish Armed Forces Knowledge of PRIO/SAP/LIFT ADR training Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is responsible, organized, thorough, and flexible. You have good collaboration skills and thrive in an operation where the pace can sometimes be high and work tasks are varied. You are curious, a quick learner, and comfortable working with different computer systems. You like order and tidiness, and appreciate both practical and administrative work.
