We are now looking at OnePartnerGroup for several experienced and dedicated warehouse operators to work with warehouse, logistics, and material flows in the pharmaceutical industry for our internationally recognized and prestigious customer in Södertälje. As a warehouse operator, you will play a key role in ensuring quality and efficiency in the material and logistics flow for pharmaceutical production. You will be part of our dedicated team and contribute to ensuring that production receives the right material at the right time and according to applicable quality requirements. Work Tasks As a Warehouse Operator, you work with the entire material flow from goods receipt, dispensing, thawing, internal logistics within the factory, as well as distribution of finished products. As we now have several new exciting products coming into commercial production, a smaller part of the work will be of a project nature to develop processes and documentation together with other departments in the factory. However, your main task will be to work as a warehouse operator in logistics and material flow to serve our production. You will need to learn to handle processes, equipment, and systems within warehouse and logistics flow. As a warehouse operator, you are responsible for ensuring material flow to and from production as well as to our external customers in a safe manner and in accordance with GMP/GDP. Working Hours At this workplace, shift work is the norm. So the job suits you if you like working early mornings, evenings, and/or nights, including certain major holidays. Requirements We have no requirements that you have previously worked in the pharmaceutical industry or as a warehouse operator, but you must have the following: High school education in technical or natural sciences, or at least two years of relevant work experience. Experience with warehouse or storage work, including forklift operation. Valid forklift certification. Good computer skills and experience working with administrative and computerized systems. Experience with SAP is a merit. Very good command of Swedish as well as good command of English, both spoken, written, and reading comprehension. Ability to work day, evening, and night shifts and be able to start work shifts from 6:00 AM in Södertälje. Ability and willingness to work in a physically active environment. A thorough and structured work approach with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate in a team. A flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing work tasks. A curious, committed, and professionally proud work approach. Strong Merits Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GMP Work experience from a previous skilled trade.
