Do you want to combine administration, technology and collaboration in a role where you can create structure and contribute to efficient logistics and packaging flows? We are now seeking a consultant for a short-term assignment with immediate start. The role is created to support the operations and ensure efficient work with packaging instructions, packaging handling and customer-related processes. About the Position As a packaging coordinator, you will have a central role in creating, updating and quality-assuring packaging instructions for both customers and internal operations. You will collaborate with multiple functions in the organization and have contact with customers and suppliers regarding packaging, packing methods and logistics solutions. The role involves both administrative and operational work where you are responsible for ensuring that documentation is correct, up-to-date and accessible to relevant business areas. About You We are looking for someone who is thorough, organized and takes responsibility. You enjoy administrative tasks and have the ability to handle multiple matters in parallel while working methodically and with high quality. You are service-oriented, collaborative and appreciate diverse contacts within the organization. Furthermore, you quickly learn new systems and work processes. Formal Qualifications Experience from manufacturing, logistics, production or similar operations. Experience working with documentation, administration and follow-up. Good system skills and comfortable working in business systems. A structured and thorough work approach with a quality mindset. Enjoy multiple contact points and have good collaboration skills. Ability to independently drive matters and follow up on activities. Meritorious Experience with SAP.
