Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Garantum Wealth Management, is seeking a Wealth Advisor. Garantum Wealth Management is part of the Garantum group, which has over 190 employees and 140 affiliated advisors active in 33 cities in Sweden and Norway. Today they are one of the leading players in the market for Private Banking and customized wealth management for individuals, owner-managed companies, and smaller institutions.

Responsibilities
Customers at Garantum Wealth Management are offered comprehensive Private Banking and wealth management services, including customized investment solutions and management services, access to advisory services in legal matters and taxation, pension and insurance. This business area primarily targets affluent customers and/or customers in leading positions who both make their own investment decisions and seek a knowledgeable and professional discussion partner.
As a wealth advisor, you carry full responsibility for the customer relationship, which includes ensuring the customer has the right services based on their needs. This also means you are responsible for your own results, customer satisfaction, customer-related risks, and ensuring the customer receives individual follow-up.
We Are Looking for You
Have a relevant university degree in economics, finance, or equivalent
Have a financial background, particularly with knowledge and practical experience in advisory services; experience in wealth advisory is highly valued
Appreciate long-term customer relationships and thrive in a networking role
Hold a SwedSec license; InsureSec is also valued
We believe your personal qualities are crucial for how well you will thrive in the role at Garantum Wealth Management. You are a relationship-builder and business-driven person with several years of experience in financial customer advisory. You thrive in an outward-facing role where through a proactive approach and high quality you build long-term relationships and drive good results. Furthermore, you are structured, self-initiated, and motivated by using your specialist expertise to create value for the customer. Through personal meetings and an interest in understanding the customer's financial situation, you identify needs and find the best possible solutions.
