Kry Corporate is part of Kry, which is experiencing strong growth. We work with B2B, insurance companies, and occupational health services. Our operations span from Malmö in the south to Kiruna in the north.
We are now developing our occupational health services in the Stockholm area and are seeking an occupational health nurse/coordinator.
About the Role
As a corporate nurse/health nurse at Kry, you will provide professional support to company management, supervisors, contact persons, and employees.
You will serve as a support and advisor on health and workplace environment matters to managers and employees at our client companies, with responsibility for planning and implementing interventions at our clients' locations.
You will be part of a team of professional consultants with medical, technical, psychosocial, organizational, and administrative expertise, while also enjoying working independently. Work takes place at several different locations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Health examinations - statutory and general
- Vaccinations
- Corporate clinic services
- Rehabilitation work and training initiatives
- Client management for certain client companies
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a qualification as a corporate health nurse or registered nurse, preferably with experience in occupational health. You have a business-oriented and consultative approach with a focus on customer value and satisfaction in a sales-driven organization. You also have a health-promoting mindset and genuine interest in people, their health, and work environment. You should enjoy working consultatively, creating relationships easily, and be confident, stable, and self-directed. You collaborate well in a team with other professional categories such as nurses, doctors, physiotherapists/ergonomists, behavioral specialists, occupational health engineers, and administrators. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
We would like you to be comfortable working in a private organization and to bring a business-oriented approach to your professional role.
You are organized and have good IT skills. Proficiency with the Office suite is a requirement for working with us.
Required Qualifications & Attributes
- Licensed corporate health nurse or registered nurse with extensive experience in occupational health.
- Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Good technical skills.
- You are flexible, driven, and professional in your interactions, and you prioritize putting the patient first.
- You have strong collaboration skills and are responsive to both colleagues and patients.
