Job Description Sidensjö Sparbank is on an exciting growth journey where both private and business operations play a central role in the bank's future development. The current Business Market Manager is moving on to a more specialized role as credit manager and business advisor. Therefore, we are now seeking a new Business Market Manager who wants to continue developing and strengthening our business operations. As Business Market Manager, you lead the business team, which currently consists of six employees with various specialist competencies in business operations. The team consists of engaged, competent, and independent employees. An important part of your role will be to drive the business by creating even stronger collaboration, developing common working methods, and contributing to the team's continued development. You have the ability to unite experienced specialists around a common direction and create conditions for collaboration, learning, and development. The role has a clear business focus and involves combining leadership with personal customer responsibility. You are expected to be a visible representative of the bank and contribute to strengthening Sidensjö Sparbank's presence and relationships in the local business community. Your responsibilities include: lead, coach, and develop employees within the business operations create conditions for collaboration, development, and common working methods be responsible for planning, implementation, follow-up, and results within your area of responsibility ensure high service levels and a strong customer experience drive the development of business operations together with colleagues and other managers develop your own customer base and work actively with new customer acquisition represent the bank in external contexts and build long-term relationships in the local market participate in and lead development initiatives related to working methods, processes, and business development You will be an important part of the bank's continued growth journey and will be part of the management team. This means you are expected to contribute your expertise, business acumen, and commitment to matters concerning the bank's overall development. Qualifications and Characteristics Requirements: Several years of experience in business operations within banking or related financial services. Documented ability to create, develop, and maintain business customer relationships. Strong business sense and customer focus. Ability to create networks and build long-term relationships. Good communication skills. SwedSec license Meritorious: Leadership experience Experience developing teams and employees Deep expertise in business financing and credit assessment.
