What you actually do As a corporate physician, you are responsible for medical work within occupational health care. In practice, this means you: Investigate, assess, and treat patients with work-related illness—both physical and mental Perform work capacity assessments and medical examinations according to applicable regulations Manage sick leave, rehabilitation, and support for return to work Coordinate with employers, HR, and the Social Insurance Agency in complex cases Contribute to preventive work and early identification of illness at both individual and organizational levels Work consultatively with client companies and provide medical expertise on organizational matters Actively help shape our methods, guidelines, and clinical processes The work is characterized by variety, clinical responsibility, and a clear focus on sustainable results for both individuals and organizations. Who we're looking for You are a licensed physician with specialist credentials in occupational and environmental medicine or general medicine, preferably with experience in or interest in occupational health care. If you already have experience in occupational health work, that's a clear advantage, but who you are and how you think is what matters most.
