About the Job Are you a driven and knowledgeable leader with strong commitment to social work? Sambuh consists of a small HVB with four places and 19 apartments for Supported Housing in integrated housing throughout Gothenburg, primarily on Hisingen. The target group is young people aged 16 - 20 years who cannot live at home for various reasons. Sambuh consists of a secure work team where all staff have great commitment and knowledge of social work and therapeutic youth work. As Manager of Sambuh HVB and Supported Housing, you have a crucial role in creating a safe and stable environment for our young people. You will be responsible for maintaining continuity in the operations. Your work will include: Suitability assessments for placement requests. Facilitating method supervision at treatment conferences with the work team once a week. Creating and maintaining structured routines Planning and booking substitute staff for shorter leave and sick leave. Working closely with other professional stakeholders, such as social services and health care, to provide a holistic perspective in our support. You are also responsible for the operations' quality work and content in relation to our supervisory authority, IVO. The position is full-time and you will work weekdays with a flexible schedule. About You We are looking for someone with a degree in social work (socionom) or other university education that the employer considers equivalent. The education must also meet IVO's requirements for managers of HVB and Supported Housing. You need a class B driver's license. You must have knowledge and at least two years of work experience in social work with children and young people. The assignment also requires that you are familiar with the legislation applicable in the field regarding services under SoL (Social Services Act) and LVU (Act on Special Provisions concerning the Care of Young People). We consider it meritorious if you have experience working as a manager or in other supervisory positions at HVB and/or Supported Housing. It is also meritorious if you have experience and knowledge of network-oriented work and/or have worked systematically with people with neuropsychiatric disabilities. The intended salary range for the position is 45 500 - 50 000 SEK per month. The salary is based on an overall assessment of your education, experience and competencies you bring to the role.
