About the Position
We are now seeking a manager for our HVB. The work involves great responsibility for the young people's daily support, safety, and development. As a manager with us, you lead part of a team where you work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
Job Responsibilities – Manager HVB
Manage the daily operations of the facility in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and permits from IVO
Ensure that the facility operates with high quality based on the HVB home's values and treatment approach
Lead, coach, and supervise the staff team
Responsible for staff planning, recruitment, and professional development
Ensure that work is conducted from a critical norm perspective and HBTQ+ inclusive approach
Responsible for the young people's care and treatment services and follow-up on implementation plans
Have overall responsibility for documentation in accordance with the Social Services Act and applicable regulations
Collaborate with social services, guardians, schools, healthcare, and other external partners
Responsible for workplace environment efforts and systematic quality work
Ensure routines for safety, risk management, and incident management
Participate in facility development and implementation of methods and working approaches
Responsible for ensuring that operations work from a safe, structured, and development-promoting approach
Qualifications / Requirements
Relevant higher education such as social work, behavioral science, or other education that the employer deems equivalent
Documented experience working in HVB operations or other 24-hour care
Experience in staff leadership or management role is a merit
Good knowledge of the Social Services Act (SoL), LVU, and IVO's regulations and requirements
Experience in treatment work with young people
Strong ability to work in a structured, independent, and solution-focused manner
Experience with critical norm perspectives and HBTQ+ issues is highly valued
Good documentation skills and administrative ability
Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
