Föreningen Solåkrabyn in Järna, Ytterjärna and Mölnbo is seeking substitute staff for group homes and day activity programs. Solåkrabyn is a nonprofit organization providing social therapeutic LSS services for adults in Järna, Mölnbo and on Selaön in Stallarholmen. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working for and with the residents in our group homes. It is important to us that you have a genuine interest in people. You treat our residents with respect and take into account their individual needs and wishes. Since the work is varied, you are confident in yourself, can adapt and adjust to different situations. You enjoy learning new things, are attentive and show interest in your work. It is important that you take responsibility for your tasks and are not afraid to ask questions when needed. Qualifications: You must have care and support education or equivalent training. Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required due to extensive documentation and communication. Computer skills and a B driver's license are required. Experience with Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) and experience working with people with functional variations is considered a merit. Your responsibilities include supporting, motivating and stimulating the residents' own ability to perform daily life activities and creating conditions for a meaningful life. Daily written documentation is part of the work. Working hours in group homes: Scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends and sleeping on-call duty. Working hours in day activity programs: Daytime, Monday-Friday.
