We always put the customer first and never compromise on quality. Right now we're fully booked and need to strengthen the team with a careful and driven Automotive Painter / Prep Technician. With us, you'll work with everything from minor color matches and repair painting to complete repaints. Your Main Responsibilities The role involves independently or as part of a team handling the entire painting process chain: Prep Work: Disassembly, washing, sanding, filling, masking, and priming. Painting: Color matching (using spectrophotometer/computer), mixing, and application of base coat and clear coat in the paint booth. Finish: Quality inspection, dust spot correction, polishing, and final assembly. Who Are You? To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you: Have completed automotive training (specializing in bodywork/painting) or equivalent documented work experience. Have experience with both prep work and spray painting. Are extremely thorough and take pride in delivering the highest quality. Have good physical fitness, as the work can sometimes be demanding. Speak and write Swedish fluently (to read work orders and safety regulations). Hold a Class B driver's license (requirement).
