Rask & Björck in Billesholm is Sweden's oldest Ford dealer (since 1924). We are growing and have exciting future plans, and due to increased workload we are now looking for one or two Vehicle Customizers/Converters to join our team. About the position In the role of Vehicle Customizer, you will work with the entire chain – from the customer's order to a finished vehicle. The focus is on light commercial vehicles where you perform customer-specific interiors, conversions and technical modifications. The work takes place in a small group, but you take great responsibility for driving your projects independently. The variety requires you to be solution-oriented and dare to test new, smart solutions to meet the customer's unique needs. Your background We are looking for you with relevant technical training, for example in vehicles, industry or equivalent. Meritorious: Experience with vehicle final assembly and knowledge of electrical systems. Most important: Your manual skills and willingness to learn our craft. Who are you? You enjoy working with your hands and have an eye for detail – you never hand over a product that does not meet the highest quality. Because we work closely with our customers' wishes, it is important that you are both structured and thorough in your approach.
