We are now recruiting several new team members to our Food department. We can offer the perfect side job if you want to do something alongside your studies. But we also need you if you want to make a shorter but meaningful contribution with us during our Christmas buffet from November to December. ABOUT THIS WORK AREA Our founder Ingvar Kamprad realized early on that satisfied customers are happy customers. That's why we exist at IKEA Food. We offer food to our customers before, during and after their visit to us. Here we satisfy our customers in several ways. In our restaurant, we prepare, cook and serve all food. We ensure that the restaurant is nice and clean. And that items like cutlery, napkins and ketchup are always available. We also offer food in our Bistro at the store exit where we sell our iconic hot dog with bread. During November-December we serve our popular Christmas buffet at a really good price. Then we turn up the pace and we need more people to take care of our customers. It's truly a highlight of the year for us at Food! TOGETHER AS A TEAM You don't need to have done this before – we'll teach you. The most important thing is that you have the right motivation and values – then you'll get the opportunity to grow. Those of us who enjoy working at IKEA are those who like people and fast pace. At Food we always have many things going on at the same time. We work in, among other things, cash, service, bistro, kitchen and dishwashing. We are constantly on the move and seeking contact with our customers. We offer a fixed-term employment with working hours of 8-30 hours per week during the period around our Christmas buffet (weeks 45-53). You will receive a schedule where you work weekends as well as weekdays and evenings. Earliest start time is 07.00 and latest end time is 20.30. Salary: You will be part of HRF and receive salary and overtime pay according to the Handels collective agreement. In this recruitment we do not want any cover letters.
