We are now looking for an engaged and results-oriented Retail Sales Associate who wants to help develop and strengthen sales at Kungens Kurva. Folkpool is a market leader in the pool and hot tub industry with nationwide sales and service through authorized retailers in about thirty locations throughout the country. Folkpool is a family company that has been in operation since 1968 with the business idea of selling pools and hot tubs through a nationwide network of trained and knowledgeable retailers. Folkpool, including warehouse, production and stores, has approximately 120 employees and our head office is located in Järna outside Södertälje. Your responsibilities Work in accordance with current store manual and Folkpool's sales process. When needed, conduct home visits for pool projects according to store policy. Assist with administrative tasks. Handle deliveries according to applicable procedures and ensure that product presentation, displays, prices and campaigns are correctly presented and updated according to applicable manual. Stay updated on new products and information from Folkpool central. Provide advice on operation, maintenance and chemical use for pools and hot tubs, including the test station. Handle complaints and warranty cases according to procedure. Inform your supervisor of discrepancies, improvement suggestions or problems. Who are you? We are looking for someone who: Has experience in sales or retail work, preferably in the pool and spa industry or durable goods. Has a strong ability to understand customer needs and provide advice that leads to confident purchasing decisions. Has strong communication skills and is confident in customer interactions. Is used to working toward sales targets and key metrics. Has basic IT knowledge and is comfortable using point-of-sale systems, digital tools and product database systems. Has access to your own car.
