Jefferson Wells is now seeking a confident and dedicated leader for a consulting assignment as Flow Leader in production at Epiroc in Örebro. The assignment is full-time with start as soon as possible and initially runs for 12 months. The role involves leadership in a modern and high-tech production environment.
About the role
As Flow Leader, you have a central role in daily production and are responsible for leading operations during the evening shift. You have personnel responsibility for approximately 10-20 employees, primarily CNC operators, and actively work to create a safe, efficient, and well-functioning production. The role involves close leadership where you coach employees, drive improvement work, and ensure that production meets set goals regarding safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop employees in daily work
* Ensure work environment, safety, and compliance with procedures
* Conduct pulse meetings and ensure effective shift handovers
* Monitor and analyze production results, quality, and productivity
* Drive improvement work and handle deviations
* Ensure resource planning and support operational production
* Conduct employee discussions, coaching, and skills development
* Collaborate with other leaders to develop operations and create the best possible results
We are looking for you who
* Have experience in supervisory roles or personnel responsibility in manufacturing industry
* Have a good understanding of production flows and daily operational management
* Have experience from manufacturing, CNC machining, or other production operations
* Are a confident and present leader who motivates, develops, and engages your employees
* Have experience working with work environment, quality, and continuous improvements
* Are structured, solution-oriented, and accustomed to making decisions in a fast-paced operation
* Communicate clearly and collaborate well with both employees and other functions
