At Konsultia, we're now seeking people who want to work extra hours for our clients in food production, industry, and logistics. This could be individual shifts, a few days per month, or more during certain periods – the need varies and we match assignments based on both our clients' needs and your availability.
Your Tasks
The work varies depending on our clients' needs and may include food production, assembly, machine operator work, warehouse management, forklift driving, or other practical activities.
You don't need to be available full-time – what's important is that you're interested in working and can step in when needed. This may mean we contact you with relatively short notice when our clients need extra staff.
Your Profile
Who can apply?
To be suitable for this type of extra work, you need to belong to one of the following groups:
Retired
You have retired and want to continue working extra alongside your pension.
Student
You study at least 50% and your studies are your main occupation.
Other Main Occupation
You have another main occupation of at least 50%, for example another employment or run your own business.
We're looking for someone who is flexible, responsible, and enjoys practical work. We value the right attitude and willingness to contribute, and if you have previous experience in production, industry, forklift driving, or logistics, that's a plus.

Other Information
As a consultant at Konsultia, you'll be employed by us and work at one of our clients' locations. We specialize in industry and have assignments with both large and small companies.
