Sportbemanning i Östergötland AB is seeking flag personnel for recurring and ongoing assignments. We are looking for responsible and service-oriented individuals who want to work as flag personnel at various road and construction projects. As flag personnel, you are responsible for directing traffic and contributing to a safe and secure work environment for both road users and personnel at the work site. The work is performed at various locations in the surrounding area, which means the work site can vary between different assignments. Job Duties Direct traffic at road work sites Use flags and other traffic control equipment Ensure safe passage for road users and work vehicles Collaborate with the work team at the job site Follow applicable safety procedures and instructions Qualifications Requirements: Class B driver's license Fluent Swedish in speech and comprehension Responsible and thorough Service-oriented and cooperative Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Be flexible regarding work hours and work sites Have the ability to work with varying start and end times Merits: Previous experience working as flag personnel Experience from road, construction, or infrastructure work Previous experience with flag personnel work is not a requirement. What is most important is that you are responsible, attentive, and have the right attitude.
