Job Responsibilities: - Assist members with onboarding, application, membership, and general gym orientation - Create customized individual training plans - Monitor client progress and adjust workouts according to their needs - Instruct proper technique, correct form errors, and ensure safe training - Oversee safety in all gym areas (cardio, strength, functional training) - Build relationships with clients and support long-term collaboration Requirements: - fitness instructor or personal trainer certification (required), - excellent communication skills, - interest in fitness and healthy lifestyle, - ability to motivate and support clients, - experience in a fitness environment is an advantage, - English language knowledge is an advantage.
