Job Responsibilities: Assist members with check-in, application, membership, and overall gym orientation Create personalized training plans tailored to individual needs Monitor client progress and adjust workouts according to their requirements Instruct proper technique, correct form errors, and ensure safe training Supervise safety across all gym zones (cardio, strength training, functional) Build relationships with clients and support long-term collaboration Requirements: Fitness instructor or personal trainer certification (required), Excellent communication skills, Interest in fitness and a healthy lifestyle, Ability to motivate and support clients, Experience in a fitness environment (preferred), English language skills (preferred).
