About the position The School of Music in Ljusnarsberg Municipality is seeking an engaged and creative violin teacher at 30%. You will teach children and young people at different levels, both individually and in groups, and participate in concerts, performances, and other cultural events. As a violin teacher, you are an important part of the school's activities and contribute to creating an inspiring and inclusive learning environment where students have the opportunity to develop based on their own abilities. Responsibilities Teach students violin, individually and in groups. Plan and conduct lessons based on students' needs and goals. Prepare for and participate in concerts, performances, and projects. Collaborate with colleagues within the School of Music. Contribute to the development of the school's activities. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has pedagogical education in music or other education/experience that the employer considers equivalent. Has strong violin skills. Has experience teaching children and young people. Is engaged, flexible, and has good collaboration skills. Has the ability to create motivation and joy of playing in students.
