Your future responsibilities As a nursing assistant on the short-term care unit, you are an important person in the guest's daily life. You have the opportunity to use your skills, take responsibility, and make a difference for people experiencing a life transition. Your responsibilities include: Provide safe and person-centered care and support based on each guest's individual needs and circumstances. Work based on the guest's care plan and contribute to a safe and meaningful daily life. Perform medical tasks delegated by the responsible nurse. Work closely with nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists in a multidisciplinary team. Participate in planning and follow-up of the guest's care, rehabilitation, and ongoing needs. Contribute your skills, dedication, and professional approach. Take responsibility for ensuring work is carried out with good quality and based on the guest's needs. Work on the short-term care unit means you meet many different people and situations. This gives you the opportunity to use your skills broadly and at the same time develop in your professional role. Who are you? We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and have experience in care work. Experience with short-term care is particularly valued. It is also an advantage if you have experience with dementia and/or psychiatry.
