You will be responsible for theoretical instruction, planning, and assessment in grades 4-6, a class with approximately 20 students. You will work in a co-teaching partnership with another teacher in the group. You will share mentorship responsibilities and divide subjects between you. We are flexible regarding which theoretical subjects you will be responsible for. The position also includes working part-time as a resource. You will be part of a work team that, based on the curriculum, shapes and develops activities and instruction. Your future responsibilities You are expected to have the ability to create good and secure relationships with students and establish close collaboration with guardians. As a teacher, you are responsible for educational activities including planning, instruction, evaluation, assessment, and grading. You find strategies to reach each student and strengthen them in both academic development and personal growth, and you work with the student group as a strength where you see that differences enrich. The role also includes Being able to lead and organize your work to create a fine and secure learning environment for students. You work effectively with digital tools. Based on scientific foundation and proven experience, you actively want to participate in developing the school's activities. Who are you? We are looking for someone who is a certified primary school teacher for grades 4-6 or grades 1-7. It is meritorious if you have qualifications in Social Studies and Mathematics. We would like to see that you are interested and have experience with digital tools in instruction. At our school, students work with Chromebooks. You have the ability to motivate and create learning and learning environments characterized by inclusion and varied working methods. You have the ability to see and meet each student and base your approach on what works. You are clear in your leadership role, experienced in working in teams, have a positive view of students, and assume that students can and want to learn.
