Do you want to make a difference for people while working with financial solutions? As a collection advisor, you'll have an important role helping your customers find sustainable paths forward. We're looking for someone who thrives on building trust, providing professional advice, and contributing to positive customer experiences in every interaction. You'll work closely with customers to find solutions that work for their situation by professionally and humbly handling incoming and outgoing cases from customers via phone and email. Together with your team, through high service quality and a solution-oriented approach, you'll help increase customers' cash flow. The phone will be your main work tool as you'll handle both incoming and outgoing calls.
You'll start your new role with training to give you the right foundation to succeed and develop in your position. The training will be a mix of theoretical and practical work alongside experienced colleagues from one of the teams.
In this role, you'll primarily work with the Finnish market and also the Swedish market. It's therefore crucial for the position that you speak fluent Finnish and Swedish or English.
Working hours are during daytime, Monday to Friday. The consulting assignment starts in mid-November.
Qualifications and Qualities
Previous experience working in service and customer contact, preferably within collections and customer service.
The ability to lead yourself and you like working toward clear goals and expectations.
The ability to quickly learn new tasks and work methods and build trust for yourself and Intrum as a company.
Comfortable working in different systems and digital channels.
Communication skills where you can express yourself well in both Swedish and English is a requirement; additional languages are a big plus.
