NBS Nodrošinājuma pavēlniecība (Reg. No. 90001259776) announces a competition for a TRANSPORT REPAIR SUPPORT CENTER civilian position: FINANCIST (profession code 2412 01), 1 (one) vacancy Main job responsibilities: participate in budget planning and preparation; monitor the use of financial resources within centralized procurement agreements; verify and analyze the compliance of expenses with contracts concluded at the institution; prepare payment reports and information on financial and economic matters within your competence; prepare projects of transport repair and financial documents. Requirements for candidates: compliance with the requirements of paragraph 9 of the Law on State Secrets; short-cycle professional higher education in a relevant field; desirable previous work experience related to financial (budget) planning, financial calculations; ability to use resource management and accounting software; high sense of responsibility, accuracy, good communication and cooperation skills; ability to learn new skills, process large volumes of information; excellent knowledge of the Latvian language.
