Demonstrable experience in accounting; experience from a contributory organization is a plus Professional knowledge: knowledge of accounting standards and legislation, accounting for contributory organizations is a plus Personal qualifications: high level of responsibility, attention to detail, independence, willingness to work on your professional development, personal allowance after probation period based on performance and quality Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and knowledge of accounting software Criminal record clearance The selection process includes a short written test of accounting knowledge and Excel Job duties: Comprehensive management and accounting of organization assets, work in accounting software Performing accounting entries on individual synthetic and analytical accounts Management of partial ledgers Ensuring inventory of assets and liabilities Order agenda and possibly public procurement proceedings, depreciation schedule, capital fund budget Preparation of reports and documentation needed for business analysis Responsibility for contractual relationships – rental agreements, service contracts Cooperation with the chief accountant on regular closings
