Primary Responsibilities As a Financial Controller for our client, you will be part of the team responsible for accounting oversight and preparation of financial statements and reports for the organization's departments. You will support your colleagues in resolving accounting and system-related matters, handle ad hoc inquiries, and lead various investigations. As an additional part of your work, we expect you to actively participate in projects aimed at improving, streamlining, and automating work processes. Qualifications We believe you have at least five years of experience in a similar role where you have worked independently with comparable responsibilities. We require strong knowledge of analysis, accounting, and financial concepts, and of course you are very proficient in Excel. We expect you to have an academic background in economics or equivalent work experience. You are driven by connecting numbers to business operations and conducting analyses. Experience working in an international corporate environment is a plus. You have strong knowledge of various business systems and feel comfortable in a consulting role. We also believe you are an unpretentious team player with excellent communication skills. During the assignment, you will be employed as an interim consultant by Sententia Rekrytering & Konsult or as a subcontractor to Sententia. The position is based in Linköping. Start date is immediate. As a person, you are driven and take initiative. You are accustomed to asking questions and have a desire to improve and streamline processes both large and small. You are equally comfortable working independently as in a group. The nature of this position requires that you hold Swedish citizenship and are approved in a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act. You must also have strong language skills, both verbal and written, in Swedish and English.
