We are currently seeking a Field Lead for Hemfrid in Skövde and surrounding areas.
Your responsibilities:
In your role as Field Lead, you work in a coaching and educational manner. You are responsible for training new employees and coaching existing colleagues at Hemfrid in Skövde. Together with your direct manager, you are responsible for the training and knowledge that new colleagues receive. You will also help build and develop the team in Skövde.
A significant part of the role involves working in the field at our customers' homes to ensure quality.
You work according to a pedagogical model and guide new employees as well as existing staff members in Hemfrid's guidelines and policies for work at our customers' homes. The role includes providing your colleagues with the best conditions possible and a positive and supportive environment so they can succeed in their work with us at Hemfrid. As a Field Lead, you don't have fixed customers you visit, but you will work at our customers' homes. You will also conduct customer visits for coaching purposes for existing staff members and are responsible for quality assuring various completed cleaning assignments at our customers' homes. Finally, when needed, you will support our Area Managers with various administrative tasks during illness or absence.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
Training and coaching new employees in our customers' private homes
Following up with new colleagues after their training period is completed
Quality assurance for cleaning assignments
Quality improvement measures for the team
Conducting group cleaning training sessions
Being an expert on cleaning products and materials
Actively participating in work that develops the team
Covering for our Area Managers during illness and absence
Customer follow-up and visits when needed

You will work both in the field at our customers' homes in Skövde training our new Hemfrid employees, and at the office with classroom instruction and other administrative tasks.
Your profile:
As a Field Lead, we're looking for someone who is passionate about coaching and developing your colleagues. You are pedagogical, patient, and responsible. Being thorough and organized is important to you, and you need to be engaged with a positive attitude. Of course, you should be passionate about cleaning, just as we are!
For this position, we require that you:
Have extensive previous experience in home cleaning
Good language skills in both Swedish and English
Can work flexible hours Monday-Friday between 8:00-17:00
Have a driver's license and access to your own car
It's a plus if you:
Have worked in a leadership role specifically in cleaning and have used administrative tools before
Have experience with window cleaning, service work, or other types of cleaning
