About the Position As a fiber splicer, you'll work on customer projects, primarily in the Småland highlands and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for you if you enjoy hands-on work, technical solutions, and want to be an important part of implementing fiber installations. Job Description In your role as a fiber splicer, your main work tasks will include: Fiber splicing and termination Cable pulling Fiber measurement (OTDR and dB) Basic blowing of property networks The work involves significant personal responsibility and close contact with both colleagues and the customer. We're Looking for You You are tech-oriented, meticulous, and highly committed to your work. You work in a structured manner, are service-minded, and have strong communication skills. You don't need extensive experience—the right attitude and foundational competence are most important. Requirements: Class B driver's license Fiber termination training Merits: Class BE driver's license Experience with fiber installations Electrical competence
