Practical work with, for example, electrical systems, doors, locks, drainage, ventilation, and other technical installations
Handling of fault reports and contact with tenants
Roundings and inspections to ensure the property is intact, clean, safe, and functioning
Preventative maintenance and inspections of, for example, alarms

A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn more
You don't need to have worked as a property technician before. The most important thing is that you have practical technical experience and feel comfortable with electrical work. If you've worked as an electrician, service electrician, plumber, or carpenter, for example, you could have a very relevant background for the role.
Desirable for the Position
Experience as a property technician or operations technician
Experience with control and regulation systems
Experience working with commercial properties, shopping centers, malls, or similar
Education in electrical work, automation, or property technology
Experience with doors and locks
Experience with ventilation, cooling, or plumbing
We Believe You Are
For this role, personality is just as important as technical experience. You'll meet tenants, contractors, and other people every day, and what you primarily deliver is good service. That's why we believe you're social, solution-oriented, and have an easy way of approaching people in a pleasant and professional manner.
You're a person who likes to take action when you see something needs to be done. Maybe a door is broken, a lock isn't working, or a drain is clogged. You need to be able to troubleshoot, understand the problem, and either solve it yourself or get help from the right partner.
We also believe you're curious and want to develop. You don't need to know every aspect of property technology from the start – there's expertise in the team and you'll have the opportunity to learn the business on the job. If you have the right attitude, drive, and a practical interest in technology, there are great opportunities to grow in the role.
