We are seeking an experienced Property Technician for our property portfolio in the Västra Götaland region, based in the Gothenburg area. With us, you will work closely with our tenants on varied tasks and carry significant responsibility for maintaining our properties to a high standard. Fortinova is primarily a residential property company. In the Västra Götaland region, we manage almost 1,900 apartments, plus a number of commercial spaces that we rent to other businesses. As a property technician with us, your main responsibilities include: - Supervision and inspection rounds of our properties - Ongoing maintenance and repairs in our residential apartments and commercial spaces - Troubleshooting, remedial actions, and follow-up on service requests in apartments or spaces - Energy efficiency and energy optimization in collaboration with the Operations Manager - Conducting inspections and documenting the condition of apartments and spaces You will work in close collaboration with the Property Manager, contractors, and colleagues to ensure a safe and pleasant living and business environment for our tenants. Qualifications - Several years of experience as a property technician or equivalent, preferably in the residential sector - Experience independently performing maintenance and operations work in properties - Experience in electrical and plumbing work, or similar competencies - Good experience working with digital tools and the M365 environment - B-class driver's license - Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written We particularly value if you have: - Experience working independently with troubleshooting, planned maintenance, and smaller projects - Experience with systematic troubleshooting and energy efficiency improvements - Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical work (one-to-one replacements) - Experience working with case management systems and digital portals - Good communication skills and experience with customer contact - A positive attitude and solution-oriented approach Personal Qualities We see that you are a driven and service-oriented person who takes responsibility for your work and performance.
