ByggVesta Fastighetsförvaltning is now launching a new Stockholm team with six in-house property technicians with different specialized expertise. This is an opportunity for you who want to be there from the start and influence how the team works, set structures, and contribute to shaping the culture, while working with modern tools and new vehicles.
The recruitment is conducted in collaboration with Jefferson Wells, but you will be directly employed by ByggVesta. This is not a consultant position.
Currently, we manage nearly twenty properties with rental apartments and student housing in the Stockholm area. The portfolio comprises a total of approximately 2,650 apartments, with properties ranging in size from under 50 to over 400 apartments.
Operations are based from our local offices in Kista and Nacka, with headquarters on Kungsholmen. ByggVesta is an established and financially stable company with long-term presence in several locations across Sweden.
About the Role
These are operational and varied roles where you combine technical skills, problem-solving, and service. You are a key person in creating functional, safe, and comfortable homes for our tenants every day.
We are building an entirely new team with broad expertise and high service standards. We are now hiring for these roles:
All-Around Technician - broad practical experience, preferably in residential properties
Plumbing Technician - pipes and systems, basic plumbing for apartments/properties
Responsibilities
Operations, supervision, and troubleshooting
Routine and preventive maintenance
Repairs within your area of expertise
Tenant contact with strong service focus
Coordination with suppliers
Documentation and reporting

Your ability to build trust, explain what needs to be done, and deliver a safe solution is an important part of the job. This makes the role both technical and service-oriented, where customer interaction and professional skill go hand in hand.
